go to gifworks.com, you can resize online and reduce size,dither, optimise for the t68 screen, really good ,use it ll the time.

To the question about the size of the files: the OS used by SE uses another compression for jpg, gif and mid files. The compression rate is much lower than on windows pc's, so the files are bigger than you expect |
