The cracker jax boxes are all open for all this mindless information I see. Thats where alot of you get your information from I bet. The T68 battery outlasts the 7210, no question about it. In a year from now noone will be talking about the 7210 since Nokia introduces phones like you change underwear(this isn't a good thing since they only revamp and replace on the existing platforms-nothing ever truly revoultionary). The T68 is a year old and still being talked about and compared too. That says alot right there. I still stand by what I said in my first post, the 7210 is like a kids toy, and as such it will soon be forgotten as it's nothing special at all. Mind you this is what you get from the worlds number 1 phone manufaturer. LOL it's a joke!
BTW the P800 is due out in most places in limited quantity in december. This is the grandaddy of all the phones and that cannot be denied.

Hi

Nobody can compare a t68i with a 7210 or another phone. This phone is more than 1 year old and it's still alive. Which Nokia can stay more than 1 year on the top????? in the film 007, the producers want to use a high-end phone thats p800 and for the other persons they can't use another brand. SE will release many phones in the next year. look here http://www.esato.com/board/viewtopic.php?topic=14911&forum=2

And this phones, especially the T68i successor will kick all the other phones and will stay more than 1 year on the top. The p800 also. Look to the Nokias which will be released in 2003, they are all the same.
You will see that SE will get a big company!!

I wait for the P800 nad after I will aslo buy the other phones which will be released in 2003 (t68i successor) greaaaaattt!!!

most people think the T68 is still the best because of more functions and beter navigation. the 7250 is gone be better but then the next T68 is gone be better and so on and so on...
it will last untill the end of nokia.
With Ericsson and Nokia gone: we must keep their spirits alive and buy JOLLA or YOTA

OK, T68 is more than a year old and it is still a great phone. But, what good it that to SonyEricsson? Their market share has been dropping constantly throughout this year. They have to release great new phones, not live on the fame of the old ones. Otherwise, their market share will keep going down and they will go bankrupt.

HI,

you wrote :
a) 7210 has better screen than T68i( colour, resolution etc)
--->I think you can`t compare a 256 colour LCD display to a 4096 colour Display, which is even bigger.

and

g) Nokia's hardware is shit, but software is what counts.
I don't use bluetooth, so forget it. all the other options are really better in 7210.I don't want to believe that, but it is true.
--->What is the best Software with Shit hardware? For example a great Software but the receive unit is bad-doesn`t make much sence in my opinion-does it?

my opinion:

t68i is a great phone, but a year old, and the technology these days is changing fast (only SE issnt )
so yeah the nokia 7210 has newer thing, like 4k screen. but nokia has waited to long
SE will come back with better phones!
nokia just waited to long, and they bring there phone out on the wrong dates.

(this is boring.. everybody knew this already, and nobody gonne read this..)

You should really hear what developers think of the 7210 phone. I've been talking to some friends from companies that deveops software and various content solutions for mobile phones, and most of the companies plainly refused to support the 7210. Mainly because it's just pure crap when it comes to standards and the implementation of certain things in the phone.

MMS implementation is beyond crap.
No bluetooth.
No email client?!?!?! Hello??

And by the way, I'd like to share what I did yesterday (no porn I promise)...

I installed my TDK USB BT adapter and the sync program that came with my T68i. After a couple of minutes configuring stuff I now have the phone syncing AUTOMATICALLY when within range with the bluetooth on my PC. I can have it in my pocket and the sync program senses when the phone is within range.
Please come back when you made THAT work with a nokia phone

Just look at the software shipped with the 7650 - doesn't support WinXP.. lol... XP has just been out like.. well 100 years... I'm glad I had my 7650 for only 1 week, especially since the built in camera takes so crappy pictures you actually think you need glasses when looking at them on a PC.

SE Forever!

@lor: If you don't like the 7210, that's fine. But calling people 'idiots' just because they have a different opinion than yours is really very childish and pathetic...

The puzzling thing to is since Nokia 7650 bothered to include BT technology, why didnt they make it to support headset profile? As per advertised, it only supports data transmission. Otherwise 7650 will be a freaky major threat to the upcoming P800.
