but c'mon who actually checks there PM's everytime they logon here cos I don't half the time
Pardon???
You get a clearly visible bright red notice telling you that you have a new PM, it's not a case of checking every time..you simply need to read new messages and be courteous enough to reply.
I have also dealt with Rookwise before and found him to be a good trader but at the same time I can also say DoctorWa can be trusted too.
I hope there is an honest solution to this...I have known networks bar a phone by accident before so it may be as simple as getting Rookwise to ring o2 to investigate if he replies that is

I have also traded with the Rookster...
And I believe him to be very trustworthy...
I have not seen him online for a week or so and he is on my contact list...
I know it is a pain... but have a little patience... He is one of the good ones...

Well Miss Uk has a lot of trust in the guy and she obvioulsy is a big fan of his so I wouldn't worry about it.
Just because you haven't heard anything from him for 5 weeks and is ignoring all contact attempts doesn't mean he is untrustworthy ......
Hmmmmmm.

Yes I think you may have missed the tone of Mikes post Doctorwa
You have given him a fair chance to get in contact, try going to the police now.
At the very leaset they might get in contact with him which could make him resolve things

still no contact. so does this mean if you have 25 positive score you can rip someone off and get away with it. to all you who said he is a good guy where is your proof or are you happy to stick up for someone who does this to people????. yes it is one case but how many do you need???? |

I see it as if you sell a phone to someone and it gets blocked, its upto the seller to refund the buyer.
Plain and simple the seller knows were he got the phone from so he should chase it up...
It happened to me on esato before and i got my cash back, the seller then dealt with the problem on his end....
