I don't know where everyone is located, but i'm in California and I'm getting the same problems as RangerJoe when trying to update. Same specs as him too. The hissing noise when speaking on the phone is agitating. I have T-mobile here if that matters. |

I discovered a serious problem (IMHO) with firmware version: R1BC002.
The Bluetooth interface between my '05 Acura TL and my W800i no longer works. I'm able to receive in-coming calls, but I can not make out-going calls (both the car and the W800i just hangs).
Then I decided to 'un-pair' the phone with the car and start over with a new 'pair' process hoping that this will resolve the issue. The result is that the car's bluetooth manager will not recognize the W800i anymore. I belived that the BT was also modified in this new firmware release.
Does anyone does where I can downgrade to the previous firmware release? |

It doesn't really matters what version of SEUS software because it is updated to the latest version when connecting to SE server. Sadly Continue Anyway button is not present in latest versions.

I updated mine to the new firmware and have experienced the following problems AFTER updating:
1. Random bluetooth headset disconnects (using moto h500)
2. Call volume is LOWER in earpiece AND bluetooth headset (was fine before update)
3. Phone freezes every once in a while (when it didn't happen before).
Can anyone confirm these problems? Thanks |

I installed\\updated my w800 from RCaa008 to this new firmware only because I had to. I do not preffer changing factury's software, but I had to. I thought my phone isn't going to work properly, but it rocks. My W800 is better than anytime before. Thanks |

I've tried also my cousin's W900. It is locked. It is from Bulgaria, and it won't update. I think the SEUS works only with unlocked phones. |
