Hold on.. I’m working on it...
I resized the animation and made a K700 theme, then I uploaded it to a K700 to test it out, unfortunately I don’t see the animation. In the theme creator I can see the animation but not in the phone... Still trying to find out the problem.

optiplex,
I installed the themes on both my phones (K750 & W9). Then side-by-side compared how fast the walkman logo rotates. The logo on the K750 would have cycled 4.5X compared to 3X with regards to the W9.
But I also checked this out using animated screen saver (GIF), and the W9 also cycles through slower than the K750.
I think, further reducing the file size would only make a small difference. The bigger screen size of the W9 needs more juice, maybe that's why slowed things down.

I don't suppose there's any chance of a P910 version of this theme?

To all those guys who want to have this theme on their phones but don’t use a K750/W800/W550:
Converting the theme to fit your phone is not that difficult. Only tools you need are an animated gif file editor and the Sony Ericsson Themes Creator.
First download the theme for K750 and rename the extension to .zip then extract the StandbyAnimation.gif which contains the animation.
You can resize the animation using a gif animation editor. I used Easy Gif Animator (they have a 30 day trial).
The quickest and easiest way to go from here is to find a good looking black theme made specifically to your phone model and replace the standby animation and the wall paper using Sony Ericsson Theme Creator , and you are done!
However if you want a complete conversion, then it involves in converting some other gif images such as images for tabs, popup windows, headers, selection panes etc.. If you want to follow this method then I suggest open up a theme designed to your phone and find out the image sizes of those other images you have to edit, then extract the corresponding images from K750 Black walkman theme and edit them to correct sizes using an image editor. Finally import them back to the new theme using the Themes creator.
Have fun !

This is the theme I use in my phone, and I thought I’d share it with you guys. This theme is created by joining and modifying two other themes. I took the startup animation (the rotating walkman logo) from the theme: Black metal walkman anim created by s0real , and I added it to the color changed W800 default theme to make this gray walkman theme. The theme is made to match the colors of the Media player and radio applications. Hope you guys like it.
Download theme for K750/W800
Download converted theme for W900 (May contain errors, please let me know)
Standby screen
Standby animation
Desktop
While I was browsing for new themes I found the Black metal walkman theme and loved the animation, however the rest of the theme (especially the tabs and popup menus) weren’t to my liking. So I ripped off the animation and added to my next favorite theme which was the default W800 theme. Then I started playing around with colors and finally decided that the gray color looks best on the K750.
