If you have the W900i, can you please post the firmware version.

Have had my W900i from Vodafone UK for a few weeks now.
Firmware is R5AF001

Anyone know how to access the Netfront HTML browser and the RSS Feeds which the unit supposidly supports or are they not accessible due to Vodafone's customisation of the default Sony menu icons?

Does anyone know if its possible to play the radio thru the internal speaker, a la k750/w800?. does not seem possible due to the radio being in the headset and not in the phone itself
k700 & K750, then w800 now i got a w900i + 1GB+512mb+hbh-602+mmr-60(sold),mmc-60,cla-60,hch-63

TechNet,

Thanks.

crazyeighty8,

I tried looking for a way, but I couldn't find any. You have to use the headset or connect an external speaker to listen to the radio.

@crackerjack,

Thanks I reckon its inferior to the k750/w800 in that department then, I kinda like that feature. Still good for mp3's though.

I've had my white W900 for about a week now and it's a sim free one. Anyone know which version of firmware is the newest?

got my voda w900 white since saturday and am having an issue at present:

the headphones seem to lose connectivity at some point, in the middle of a movie or mp3. it's happened to me like 4 times, the screen flashes on occasion "Not Supported".

has any of you had the same problem?

i can only see 2 reasons:
-misconnection of some sort at the plug (it's allways happened to me while on the move)
-firmware bug causes the internal driver for the headset to crash or something...

any idea please tell me, i might return the phone or ask for new headset if things go on... or simply upgrade firmware if that's the issue.

Is this phone ever going to be released on any other networks?

Ill be gutted if Voda are the only company that will have this.
