My friend just rang me to say he took delivery of the w800i and he is well gutted, no proper box,cable or memory card. I did warn him but he took no notice of me, it is a sim free handset though and good condition.

thats terrible, even the shrink wrapped seconds you can get at CPW downstairs in oxford street come with more than that!

No headset either mate,they sent a replacement set of headphones or something,also these phones are ex demo. Waiting to hear from another person to see what he received in the package.

He rang the sales team who were quite rude and said ' Thats what clearance stands for you just get the basics the phone,charger and manual' well got to say if Ford ever have another clearance sale beware you might buy a ford focus without any seats ect  what rubbish CPW come out with sometimes...
I think this may be the luck of the draw what you receive in the package guys??

Take them back to a store if you can for a refund instead of having to post back and then wait for the refund.

Fair point, urely they have some legal obligation to state the phones are not complete at point of purchase?

I thought i would see what was explained to me over the phone because the phone showed back in stock this morning.
The first sales member i got said you would only get the phone, charger,manual and a headset and they are ex demo.
I rang again.............
Was told by another sales member you get everything complete but it is a returned phone under 14 days.
They don't even know what they are selling you
