What's about GPRS speed? Is there 4 timeslots for downlink now or only 3 like in older versions? |

can't say for sure... but I really doubt  would add an extra timeslot... |

there has been 4+1 in gprs since t68i and the t68m-> i conversion... i can get 5k peak when dl'ing using gprs & my pc... this would not be possible on 3+1....
also noticed (probaly mentioned before):
1. A bit louder sms volume 
2. something called "content alert" in mms settings (can be set to on & off) probaly so you can be "warned" if the mms is pornographic 
3. it deleted my mms server settings grrrrr
4. push inbox now in messages menu
5. secondary account for wap profiles (great idea!)
6. color in mms
7. bluetooth -> options -> "4" name changed to h-free sound, (think it was headset sound before)
8. i can now do a "connect/disconnect" to my bluespoon from the bluetooth menu (no idea what it does except than create a permanent bt link to the headset untill its disconnected)

To all MALAYSIANS OUT THERE! I have just checked with Sony Ericsson's Service Centre in Bandar Sunway and it has recently gotten the latest firmware for our beloved T68i! Its the R5! So go ahead and start having a firmware upgrade! I'm doin' mine tomorrow... |

T68i had only 3+1 in earlier versions. Now I have checked it is 4+1 !!! |

Hello guys.I'm the happy owner of a t68i with R2A014.I phoned SE on Tuesday here in Greece & they said they were currently downloading the new R5A software for t68i.Looking forward for upgrading it on Monday and 'll post all the updates that i've found.Is there a current firmware release that allows to set a specific melody to a specific group (not just one contact) ?In R2A it cannot happen.Bye all.(4 now).

Has anybody upgraded their phone to S???

no one has gotten that upgrade yet... is doing some maintenance on the EMMA II server and right now they have removed all software for T68i except for the R2F versions... |

The 'my animation' inside 'add item' of the sms disappeared; the GO button in esato becomes 3-D; on MMS- now u can send groups, simcard names and unsaved numbers
