boyst, nokia used to manufacture tissue paper....
anyway.....
the only selling point of 3650 is camera that can capture video... other features are standard on other phones, months ago
wait for the 3650i instead hehe...
now, after introducing the 3650, who will buy 6310i, 7210, 6610? maybe many people will be just wait for the new phone.

yes....too many selections, tend to make the nokia fans wait for the "i" version 24-hours later! and rehash again, and replace the so-called xpress-on cover. and release another "i" version. and then the recycling, etc. and yes....who'll buy the 8889, 84578, 5274616, 00894597, 725365, and the succeeding "i" versions of those???
right....all the features are standard. just a new but desperate design. sorry i am not admiring "followers". i'd rather admire innovators.... succesful innovators, may i add. |

3650 is same as the 5510, i never saw anybody with a 5510, who cares about video, and it's non sense to have video playback in your phone and u can't send the video clips and slides as an MMS because nokia doesn't enable video slides.
this phone really sux, the best phone for nokia is 7650 and 7210 only.

Please pay more attention to Nokia Press Releases.
The new "fancy/weird" Nokia phone is preliminary scheduled to be released begining of 2003.
As we all know delays are very common. Most likely not to come out before Q2 2003.
On the other end the P800 (Ericsson) is to be out on shops next month. Please note that P800 is an even more advanced phone that the new Nokia. By the way I had the opportunity of tried a propotype some time ago and ... IT'S GREAT !!!
This means that Nokia is still trailling Sony Ericsson (6 months delayed).
I do not know if this is enaught for Sony Ericsson to survive, but one thing is sure ... If Sony Ericsson ends the mobile phone technology will be at least 1/2 delayed. |

Surely enough, they wont go for T68i either then 
Look, these are different phones for different market segments!! Take for instance T68i vs. P800. Following your reasoning, nobody would buy T68i because there's P800. Funny.
I would personally definitely rather go for 6610 than 3650 (or 7650). As far as it's been, people have bought any kind of black & white phones, even though they were very similar feature wise.

Please read carfully the news !
The new Nokia is said to be released begining of 2003. Considering the MOST USUAL delays it will be out in the best case in Q2.
SE P800 is to be released next month, and if you check the specs it is even more advanced than the new Nokia.
One thing I can tell you, I have tried the P800 and it is simply MAGNIFICENT !!!
Conclusin SE has a Tech advance of at least 6 months !!!
I do not know if it will be enaught to survive, but if it colapses the mobile phone industry will lose a lot !!!! |

Well I guess it's been SE who has delayed their products not Nokia. Nokia has been in schedule for a quite long time now. |

This is rather funny considering P800 has yet again been delayed! If they had been so advanced, it would have been available already, or? 
It doesn't matter to unveil phones if these have no chance to be ready on schedule. Maybe they just want to try and keep customers from going elsewhere by promising them some attractive products well ahead... Or then, like Motorola claim some pseudo-leak of some upcoming products -when they realize they are very late in the market- as an attempt to sustain customer loyalty (e.g. there is no single MMS phone from Motorola on the market today). But this is just hypothesis

All you seem to do is try to advertise that p800 piece of crap. You just have to face the fact that your so called "mobile phone" business is about to go bankrupt.
p800 won't save you. The "quality" was already seen in t68. Toyish feel, usability from hell, and expensive. No wonder no one buys it.
Luckily Sony has expressed it's dissapointment on sony/ericsson's mobile phone unit and is planning to drop it.
Nokia and other manufacturers are far superior to S/E, you just are unable to face that fact. |
