I sent to about 10 people but not sure yet how expensive international SMS is hehe. Hope I sent it to you.
I think the backlights are also LED so it shouldn't be any worse than flashing the LED... not sure. But tell me this: why, why didn't SE let us control the cool blue LED instead of the standard green one??

yeah! i was wonderin that too! that blue led is wicked. at night it reminds me of an airplane and its wingtip lights. when i charge my T68i up and both lights go on, the phone looks COOL! |

I also like to turn Bluetooth on sometimes... I tell myself it's just in case somebody else walks by with a BT device but really I just think the light is so cool HAHA!
BTW, you maybe know this already but you can change the Bluetooth device name of your phone to anything you like. If somebody gets near you with a BT device they will see that name on their device.
I keep hoping to see somebody elses BT device on my phone, just because I'm a techno freak. Hasn't happened yet...

jnonhoffzieg, on a side note. i'm doing some travelling to the usa in october and was wondering how the gsm coverage is in the states. and since you're from california, how is it specifically in CA. i'll be in SF and LA. which carriers have the best coverage?
and just in case i walk passed you in SoCal, i'll keep my bluetooth on |

just a quick question, I see a whole lot of numbers with a + and about 12 numbers, i'm in the USA, and i think My phone number only consists of 10 numbers, are there more numbers that need to be added to mine for people to send me SMS? :SE

air2fakie, take a look at my post in this thread:

That should answer your question. Basically, Cingular is the best way to go for GSM in CA, but as pinolo77 pointed out, you will probably encounter areas with weak signals. The area I live and work in, however, has excellent coverage.
Have you heard about those "antenna boosters" that you just stick inside the battery compartment? They supposedly really work and I wonder if it would help with the T68... Haven't tried it yet but they only cost like $1 here in the US.

That was fast! It sure is cool though you really can't feel it if the T68i is on your belt via ict13.
