Mine doesnt creak anymore than any nokia Ive ever tried.
It has a slight creak from the lens cover and batterycover on the back if I press them, but nothing heavy, and nothing from the front or the keys. No creaks when I sms, or use the phone normally, I have to deliberately press the backcovers to envoke creaking.
All things considered, phone, camera, musicplayer, videoplayer, theming etc. in a nice small candybar package, relatively cheap midrange model, Im more than happy and find it a bang for your buck

Exactly what I've found with the creaking also. You have to actually purposefully invoke the creaking, otherwise It doesn't occur.
Doesn't worry me in the slightest. The keypad works, the sliding lense cover works - it's all good.
But atleast I now know what a constipated rabbit sounds like

Well, in my case, I'm not invoking the creaking. Every time I use the right hand side soft key, there WILL be a creak. Its that bad.
Anyhow, like you said, at least now we all know what a constipated rabbit sounds like !

Well, this thread has really made me rethink my intention to get a K750i. The fact that so many people have experienced the same problems, together with its inability to view html pages tells me it's not worth the effort. I'll get a P910i if i don't stick to Nokia in that case.

WTF!
You people have to be twisted. Stop pressing you phone all the time, then you wonīt have any problem with this.
You canīt be serious about this, you have to fool me.
I repeat, here in sweden none of atleast 300 have complained about this. So donīt blow this out of proportion. |

I can give u a video of the creaking if you want/don't believe me ...
The handsets you sold, where were they made?
Opera mini solves that.

apparently they do, and when they do, they make horrible screaking noises
seriously though, if the phone screaks when pressing the c-button normally, then it must be a poorly assembled specimen, Id return it for service or replacement.

Which is why I'm paying the "friendly" folks at my local SE service center a visit this weekend...

my k750 also creaks. even the bottom charger-cable-headphone connector has got loose. i have to hold the charger firmly to make it charge. if there is any shake, it will stop charging.

So it creaks a little; both my T610 and T630 did. But where else will you find a competent 'phone, a very competent point and shoot camera, and a competent media player?
Ģ250 is nothing for one small, convenient device, which does the job of three. When the V3 has a decent camera, and bluetooth isync support, we'll talk! |

Opera Mini's the answer?? Hmmm, i've gotta ask the chaps who can't get it installed on their k750i models what the problem is then.
