Hi friends! @rajasub: bsnl prepaid gprs is not a good option. I also have a bsnl excel prepaid card. If you want to activate the gprs there no charge and there is no monthly rental but get prepared for the shock! You will have to pay rs. 0.10 per kb. That means rs. 100 per mb. Can you pay that much?

thanks rohit for sharing bsnl gprs details.
but Rs 100per mb is huge ? so i have to pay atleast Rs1000 per day for gprs.
i think mobile office @ Rs 450pm is better option.

@rajasub:- You mean airtel mobile office, i think it is 600/- per month instead of 450/-. Are you confermed? |

Ya he is right. AirTel charges different rates across different places. Its 600 in Chandigarh also but there places where its 100 too. Here in Chandigarh we prefer AirTel broadband ultimately fast at 256kbps at just Rs 400

I have airtel live enabled on my nokia 6670 smartphone. But I can only access live.airtelworld.com. How do i access any site through this service? I guess some kind of hack is required. Help me out please. |

You have to call customer care and ask them to activate mobile office on your phone. Also you will have to get the settings on your phone. CC will tell you how to do it.

Heard that doing that has the possibility of suddenly reducing your balance to zero (on prepaid) or giving you a hefty bill. How true is it??

That is bullshit. If something like that happens, you can take airtel to court. Don't worry. Try. |

I am using airtel mobile office. So have no need to try.
