I didn't know she had cancer, that's sad  But I think you two were very close which is good, that way you have good memories together

Yes it started as breast cancer and she beat it twice but 3rd time unlucky  She was 55

That's the really bad thing about cancer, they can remove it but it can grow back

Yeah the surgeon we think should have removed the breast the first time not just the lump but no use saying that now we lost her My mom also had 2 sisters in Ireland die from it too one was 37 the other 44 They were my 2 fave aunts Breda and Joan

Sounds like they were all really loving people, it's a shame it happens that way. I saw the photos of you and your mum and she looked like a really caring person

Thanks. She was she was the type of person who would never judge you and was very warm with her soft Irish tone and her laugh she was the best mom you could ask for. Make the most of your time with yours Matt appreciate her

I do Do you ever get those moments where you look around and really appreciate what you've got? I do, especially when I think about the future and moving away from home, it will be very different.

Yes I do. I could not ask for a better dad too he does anything for us. But yeah I am back at home again with my dad and I know I gotta be out of here again one day. And I guess I do take it for granted but he likes having me here as company since mom died and the others have all gone left home but are still in Birmingham. My eldest brother has 4 kids. But yes I am thankful I have had a good family good life good times good holidays good friends but it won't always be this easy I have moved out times before. But yes we should count ourselves lucky we have a roof over our heads food on the table luxuries like computers mobile phones and so forth. Some people have not 2 strips of grain to rub together. Thats why I felt I wanted to donate to the people in Pakistan. Goodnight.

Good morning all.
We all love our parents. They are the people next to god. I love them. Though sometimes you get irritated by their behaviour but despite of all these little things, we love them more than our life partner.

Afternoon friends how are we all. I just got in from visiting my Auntie Anne(my dads sister). Oh life eh,my cousin Jenny is pregnant & does not know the father is  Why do people mess up their lives for a quick thrill  My left eye has an infection it got worse this morning  oh there is always something wrong with me   I need an MOT. My left eye is all blood shot  Never mind

I will  My ankle is still healing & my blood pressure is not too bad but could be better but that can still take time finding the right medication and my eye well that just happened My ankle is getting better but slowly. All things just seem to happen at once with me, I need putting in a bag and given a good shake  see if anything rattles  Do not worry I am keeping my humour up. Things will be ok. I am, when my ankle is healed renewing my gym card and my doctor is arranging a personal health trainer for me. Its all part of what they do to help you but as I said it does take time to find the right medication and plenty of doctors reviews. But sometimes I admit I have not always done what I should be doing and my doctor told me off. That told me eh?
