No , the 4.4 is the original camera driver for the R1L002 firmware (mine is the Italian one from 2005), here the link : http://www.filefactory.com/file/69145f/

There are some peps who DO like to see here some camera drivers even they are not perfect or flawless, and most of them I think will prefer to see something on topic.. at least 50%.

@ All .. the eror is given by the fact that OS read inside the driver in order to know what to show in service menu.
The problem can be correctly very simple:
1 step: replace in that driver this lines..
info_name=KNC 201 15;
info_vendor=Sony;
info_major_ver=4;
info_minor_ver=5;
2 step: in the driver search for seq_get_prop_0 = $s1 0x $s0 0x;
and replace the values with values $s1 05 $s0 03
AND IT WILL WORK...
Wiser.. next time you'll have to answer to this kind of questions.... smart ass!

Sorry Toryxx , but I can't put 4.4 on my K ... and this is the reason I asked your help posting here ... If you or gxg could be able to modify the some strings on the 4.4 to make it compatible with the newest firmware versions , I'll be glad to make the comparison you asked for .. Thanx , Andrew  |

as far as i can remember, the first batch of shots that ibe made with 4.4 in a low-lit environments... was eerrmm.. damn noisy... grainy... and very unkewl.
but outside.. it was superb. i think i may have to revisit this driver...

Ok , as I promised , I'd made the comparation ... my choise was gone on those drivers :
- Originals 4.4
- Originals 5.3
- Zuza 2

4.4 have overexposure and also the original 5.3 cam driver you don't see?:)....and zuza driver is total without overexposure  ...just look to the building the color of the wall,or to the houses and the tree and you will see...so for me the winner is zuza again of course!

According to me zuza 1 is the best, zuza 2 I see that in sides of the photos it has disturbs of fuocos. what thoughts you? |

There are 3 ZUZA...first, ZUZA 1....second ZUZA 1 but update a llittle by ToryXX and the last one is ZUZA 2...

first Zuza driver ,the best one...also i have it in my mobile and make great pictures! is here :

the second zuza driver is not existing,yes is true i just changed the led value from 05 to 02.....for some peoples who make with led pictures and they have too much yellow pictures...but they don't want this too much yellow then they have to use this Zuza driver:

And the second Zuza is the second edition with not so much kb pictures size ....if somebody want to make more pictures with little size pictures kb...then they have to use this driver ,,Zuza 2,,....low compression!
