@Bono the console packages are yet to be finalised with O2 however I do know as staff I can get a PS4 + Xperia Z1 with unlimited calls, text and data for only £33 p/m over 2 years I have no idea what the consumer price will be but we will olso be offering the Xbox One with a Lumia 1020 both bundles will be launched on O2 just before xmas.

As a staff member you can get unlimited data on O2?? Nice

Yeah as staff we get unlimited data at HSDPA+ speed or we can get 8GB of 4G data, my average data usage is around 8-9 GB a month so just use HSDPA+ which is more than fine for me.

Hello everyone. I ma Chirag from Mumbai,India. Its been a long time I wanted to upgrade my phone. I had zeroed in on Xperia z1. I had almost planned to buy it until i heard about the yellowish tint and poor display issue. And I guess the most issues of the display have been reported from India. I am now really confused whether to go ahead and take a risk of buying this phone for 40k INR. I am now thinking of waiting till January. But i really dont know whether to wait or no? I hope the issue is solved by that time or at least sony acknowledges it and gives replacements.
What is ur suggestion guys? When will Z2 be launched? My current phone is almost useless. Cant wait long. May be till Dec end. |

I have checked and convinced with xperia z1 there are two screens,one is pure white with high brightness with all same settings other one is having yellow tint and a poor display,however don't take risk for you hard earned money gets in to vain,as i have waited for nearly 2 months and replacement /DOA model also have yellow tint.
I am not sure on successor of Z1 ,as Sony is tight in keeping secret now ,so expect less leaks,however if you get in feb-march will be fine,and try your luck.
Havent heard any Rumours on Z2 so far ,lets talk about it on 2014 thread. |

Not quite Z1 news but it's does show Sony promoting the QX10 Smart Lens on the Jimmy Kimmel show. Its good give it a watch.

Got my Z1 today and i'm in love with this beauty  !
No yellowish screen,no lag,awesome sound even with stock earphones,very nice handling and maaaan it's all gorgeous!
Now i'll use and abuse of battery knowing my new gadget!
Oh! This is the brazilian version of Z1,6943 with digital TV!

Is your digital tv in Brazil one seg like in Japan? Or is it full-seg tuner?
