It is strange to me that it is always the same few pple who kept complaining abt SE over the same incident. And this can spread over a few other forums. I do agree that u can write what u want. If u dun like their service, dun buy their phone lah! Why keep bombarding the forums with the same complain. Scare u say once nobody noe is it! And why do I care if SE is going to split or close down at any point of time! I dun invest in their share! If they split then buy phone from Ericsson instead of SE lor!

Bucky>- Are you SE staff? As said if a merchandise had lots of complains meaning ppl like the products more. It is not the other way round. PPl whom complained had the interest of the product in mind and wanted the manufacturers to improve on their mechandise. Did you see complains on Motorola, Nec, Philips ...and other phones? If there is complaint means there will be improvement.

What companies want from customers are actually feedbacks regardless good or bad ones. The main thing is if the company actually hears us. No product in this world is perfect. And different people have different views about products. Not all people will agree with my views and thoughts... Relax man...

Ben, what you say is true. We can post one thousand and one opinions, but end of the day it is still rely on the other party will accept or not. No lah! I think bucky don't mean bad, I am just pulling his leg. Of course as you have said is correct, not everyone who will agree on what we have posted. What we want is to transfer our voice to SE and let them know they still have a lot of die die users supporting them and will consider our suggestions and opinions. It is for their advantage.

but these same repear bad remarks maybe can come from those who really anti SE and try to bring SE down .... but SE should do something t prevent these kind of bad remarks coming back in the future

It is this type of policy that SE has making them loss lots of customer over the years. SE policy is > My phone is designed and Service this year. If you like buy and use it. It you does not like it, go any buy some other brand ! |

I dunno abt SE policy coz me not their staff. Its only my own views. I juz find reading ur complains because of a t600 very xian.
I had experiences at SESC too. My T39 had a loose antenna. They change it for me free of charge duing warrenty period. From what I noe, they can charge me for it coz it is considered ware and tear. I think the SC did a great job.

Yupz, that's true... For my case, I am always keeping my options open when I am planning to buy a phone. SE may not have interchangable covers, but they compensate with customised themes and easy exchanging of ringtones and pictures not only with mms, but also infared and bluetooth (T68I). Good job SE!!!

dandevil>- I don't think this price enable them to penetrate into our market. Even the P800 is selling ard $800 now w/line.

cscs, I'm afraid i do not agree with you on this because if u like it you buy, if you dun like it you buy belong to the market leader. For sure I believe it have been commonly use by N**** service centre since they open to those customer who handphone can be repair but need to charge. this has been going on but i do not want to bring it out again.
Anyway, Even they use this quoteis nothing wrong cos they have the control, power and the market share to use this.Quote:
