Yes my ankle & my knee after slipping forward on the stairs at work. Thanks,I have torn something & bruising is bad too had swelling but going down. Whatever it was I tore it bloomin hurts  I lurched forward could have been worse could have had head damage  you might say not such a bad thing as it might improve me Anyway that dream was really funny Myself & Hans will change to them usernames for one week

Oh boy. I thought it was just your ankle. That was home or somewhere else? I guess you should wear a helmet and seatbelt(even though you're a pedestrian  ).

No I won't swap I was joking no I tripped at work I was called downstairs to Reception & instead of using the lift which is slow I ran down the big grand staircase in the hotel which is made of hard marble but partly carpeted. Five flights of stairs I raced down quite fast skipping some steps getting a bit too over confident & I lost my footing 7 steps from the bottom I had to use my mobile companion phone to call someone cos no one passed me by  I was in agony Banged my head too on the bottom part of the bannister What a trip that was I think my line Manager was more worried looking to see if I had actually tripped on anything than me in pain  More worried if I claimed though it has happened. A guest sued the hotel once cos the new bath mats were not sticking to the baths in the rooms & he slipped & broke his ribs

Be careful when changing usernames, though, when somebody registers under your "old" name, you won't be able to return to it anymore.
