Not really. What looks like ptz is most likely perceived as a double tap by the phone. |

Nah - I tried and got the same effect on mine, but it's indeed just a double tap interpretation or sth. like that. Whether you multi-"zoom in" or multi "zoom out", it just zooms in further.

@ OffLineR - If you don't enter a PIN but just turn it OFF using the ON/OFF swith, does it continue to charge?

WHAT! You got a 16GB AND the MW600!?!?!? The Seller said it is sealed from Rogers, so If you got it, then I should get the same. Looks like I should cancel my MW600 order.

Just a question for X10 users...
Regarding the contact search...
When you type a word to search for, does it search ALL fields (including notes) in ALL contacts? Or just the names? The most annoying thing that the P1i removed from the older P-series phones was that the search only searches the NAMES, nothing else... why would I search for a name I already knew???

yes I had this problem too... I cant remember exactly how I solved it now (changing some specific volume setting or other but i dont remember exactly - might have been the media player volume)... Not that helpful I grant you but at least now you know it can be fixed. |

Hi guys, got my x10 two days ago and when I first plugged in to charge, it just wouldn't charge (kept displayng "not charging" status). It really did worry me as I thought that's a good start!! Turns out that the either charger and/or cable were faulty. Took it back to Carphone Waerehouse yesterday and they initially said I had to wait for a replacement to come through. I was fuming as I knew they had some x10's in stock. It's a joke as I said I only bought it 2 days ago. I was just about to kick off when they reluctantly brought a new set of x10 and gave me the new cable and charger. That's after sale customer service from CPW for you!!
Anyway, enough ranting. I'm all new with this smartphone thing and a bit apprehensive what to do with it I notice it doesn't come with any CDs. What softwares do I need to install to get the phone started? I mean to transfer all my phone contacts, music, calendar, notes from my previous phone??
