i just tried resetting my phone (not master though) and still the same. I will try master for now. i hope it will work. |

I tried doing the master reset and reformatted the memory card but still the same.
Please see the attached pics.
I wonder if this is specific for me or a bug.
Should i update again?

does every other theme posseses the same dark bars? have you tried changing one? lighter themes perhaps? can you post another pictures on the same windows.. perhaps calendar bars? i think its only on the themes.

i got the same script error (only two bars completed) and my phone died (can't power on). it was brought to Semicon main in Marcos Highway and it's alive now with R1N035.

Having seen how we end users found so many problems about the firmware, I really think that SE should fire their QA staffs. Instead, just run a voluntary program for a limited number of end users to participate to test out their soon-to-be-released firmware, and have these users to report the problems they have found. It appeared that every new release of firmware creates a new batch of problem. Suddenly, the R1N035 duo bug does not seem as annoying as that terrible background hissing sound when on call. After this release, we may need to wait for another few months for an updated firmware (with more bugs probably.) Maybe someone should gather some signatures or names and sent them to SE as a protest against their quality of service/product.  |

hi there! mi from manila too.. had the same probs with my upgrade of R1N035, used SEUS I, all was updated except cam, twas version 4.4 not 4.5 thats why theres this error. i brought my K750 to G3. they told me it was a board failure... sheeesh like i was.. doh?! this was a brand new phone for cryin out loud. they told me that if they do make upgrade the thing is.. it will just drop dead in a long while. freaky isnt it... they were the makers of the phone and yet they issue you that comment. anyway.
my point is... "wala lang silang masabi!" kaya nila sinabi yun. they always treat their clients as dumb as they are. wot i did was to upgrade via DAVINCI and theres no freakin board failure.. miracle isnt it? (ive upgraded to R1N035 via DAVINCI not SEUS I). i really want to shove tha fon right in their kissers... so the story continues... R1AA008 now available... tried updating via SEUS 2. luckily my fon went thru the whole process.. not a glitch not a snitch. so now my fon is in R1AA008 from a DAVINCI upgrade of R1N035. now how can that happened if my board has failures right?
oh well just reacting to those SE people in G3... such a pain in mah buhind. i congratulate you tho.

I guess that was their marketing strategy for you to buy a new phone from them again.
Anyway, for you people who are having problems on upgrading, if all else fails, try visiting your local service center and have it fixed. If they're giving the same crap as the ones our local service center has been giving us (board problem my ass!), dont give in to their capitalist scheme and just wait; its better waiting 3 month for an update that would (probably) fix your phone than wasting another $300-$400 to buy a new phone

because the program (SEUS 2) evaluated your phone as to have no available updates yet... its prolly having some network branding region stuff like that... am not a pro, but its just to give you an idea that the program aint broke.

Has anyone noticed that with R1AA008 their bt is worse than with any other firmware?
My phone constantly freezes using bt with this firmware.
I never had this problem with any of the previous firmwares.

No ! U're wrong ! I used to have freezings with bt but, after update, not anymore ! Try master reset, i'm sure this is the solution for u !

I have noticed that since the latest update the MXE-60 flash seems to be better and fires now when it never used to with the old firmware and thus takes better pictures |
