They do that everywhere and there is nothing wrong with that.
Public places SHOULD be smoke free imo. To protect those ppl that can't have smoke around (think of the ever growing amount of asthmatics in this world) but also pregnant women etc.
Usually 'smoking lounges' are installed for those nicotine-addicts that have to smoke. Never seen it with my own eyes but I'v ebeen told the out @ singapore airport is pretty dramatic
DID see the one at Washington Dulles airport and that was enough to encourage the most die-hard smoker to quit
Think: small glass cubicle, filled to the max with ppl and COMPLETELY FOGGED with smoke. How nobody gets hurt in there is beyond me Why ppl even wnat to go inthere is beyond me as well.

@Jowi, Restaurants & Bars ARE public places, its THOSE places that they are thinking of introducing a ban in UK.
I FULLY agree as i dont mind smelling rolled cigarettes or joints but PACKET cigarettes are awfull stinky things, & i have people holding them under my face in bars, untill i tell them to f**k off.
Trouble is, next thing they will be trying to stop kids shooting brown in schools, making it hardly worth going.

I'm with Pachy on that
Also, all carpets should be banned, and all cats and feline creatures (severe allergies), a a matter of fact all hairy domestic animals should be eridicated and feathery animals as well.
This world would be a better place
