Initially the only difference I can see is a really useful one, the battery life seems to be improved, will need a few more days to be certain.

The maximum Volume in the Walkman-Player is lower than before.
Thats sure.
Speaker incall volume is not increased. Still low.
Have to check that. |

Battery life seems improved here as well. Prior to the upgrade I found the battery life was very bad, holding only slightly more than a full day charge. This morning it was still at 80%, despite making quite a few calls last night. |

Still the same low transferspeed to the phone when filling it with music (only getting about 100K), and the walkman player volume seems lower. I was hoping for a better browsing songs och playerlist sorting function.
So the new firmware just did the player volume lower in my case, maybe there are some orther things that I have not tried yet.
I have a off topic question to. anyone know a app that can resort my albums on my computer. I want the folders so be named " Artist - album" ..... Itines put all my music in folders named just by artist. Thats a shame when I have a lot of "VA" music albums

Can't remember if r4db005 fixed this but .... r4ea031 now has the ability
to enter 4 digits (YYYY) in the birthday field of a contact.
I reject your reality and substitute my own. |

No, R4D didn't have that possibility. now you can input your friends birthdays even if they were born before 1970! Great! |

I noticed one thing.... since I updated to R4EA031, my startup screen changed to Soundwave.jpg for some reason, as opposed to the WALKMAN animation. I havent tried a master reset yet tho (some stuff in phone memory I cant afford to lose). Which is weird, since I dont even use Soundwave.jpg as a screensaver. Anyone else experienced the same?

Bug fixed in R4EA031
After switching to speakerphone and ajusting the volume, keypresses would not send keytones.
