I saw yesterday the price of a 512mb memory stick : 170$
So no doubt the w800 will coste more than k750,I would say 100$ more
I will go for the k750 black because it will go out before w800 and will be less costy
viva el k750!

Yes, if the connectors were the same, but would it really be worth changing the LCD ? Just buy the K750, its a big improvement over the K700i.
@ whizkidd
They're the same size and resolution screen, the K750 just has 262k colours rather than 65k that the K700i has. The K750's screen looks smaller because the phones casing cuts closer to the edge of the viewable pixels. If you look at a K700i, where the pixels end and the phones case begins theres about 5mm of black 'nothing' on every side of the LCD.

Dont ever listen to what they tell you in the shops. Most retail store staff have little or no interest in the items they sell and are usually completely misinformed.
The other day i was in my local CPW and the guy told me the K700i was 'a higher spec phone than the S700i' - what a complete goit !
I think (unless i change my mind again) im going to get the K750 now, since i cant be bothered to wait for the W800, and i dont think i'd use the mp3 player function either (i use my PDA for that, with a 3.5mm jack !). Not to mention the next P series phone should be out by the end of the year. I hope.

I Still don't understand why no flash on phone cameras. Other than the optical zoom which would seriously bulk the phone, a flash would make the biggest difference to performance. I mean if pictures only look good in bright natural light what chance is there in england of getting any half decent pics

That's why SE introduced this K750/W800 flash at CeBIT this year.

Perhaps, with current technology such flash can yet not be squeezed into such small device as a mobile phone. Its same with optical zoom. But there at least solutions are on its way, some already in place. |

Does anybody actually use their brains on Esato anymore?
A flash would require serious technology, thought and take up alot of space and battery power. They have photolights and flash's that can be attatched.
After all, if you want the best high quality pictures, look for a digital camera not a phone

A flash uses a very high voltage to cause a short 'flash' of intense light. The Way of getting this high volatage from a weak battery is to use a transformer. These tend to be big but are shrinking. Compare the chargers of your newer phone to the old ones. So i suppose they cant really shrink it enough to fit it in the phone body itself. There'd also have to be a pretty large capacitor too. Hence look at the size of the flash unit. Its not as simple as changing the LED's for a flash bulb as some people seem to think..... We'll have to wait a while for these basic components to shrink.

Don't give me that Crap man, it was a fair point. Don't tell me a flash takes up too much power when you could turn it off. And don't tell me its too big when the flash accessory is so friggin small that could easily be incorporated.

Use your brains, if they could've by now they would have done! Do you think everything in the flash accessory could fit into the space of the LED's?

Also i'm sick of people saying you can't slag phone cameras off and should just buy a digital camera if you want good pics. Camera phones stored being just gimmicks when they started putting million pixel lenses in. The only purpose of a million pixels is to take pictures off the phone and perhaps print. Therefor a flash is a must in my opinion or theres no point
