Wow, cool site neil. How come you know so much theme/background resources for the t68? The site, for wap users, is www.qnf.info/wap (for WAP1.2 users) and www.qnf.info/wap2 (for WAP2.0 users). |

This is old news but still very good to read for all Ericsson/SE users.

Ericsson T39 wins moisture-test (November 27, 2001)
Mobile phones are not happy in moist environments. A recent test performed in Sweden crowned the T39 the most water-resistant phone, and there were other surprises. According to Swedish news source Mobil.nu, a consumer test conducted to check the moisture-sensitivity of mobile phones found Ericsson’s T39 to be the most resistant phone, while Siemens’ sports-device M35 turned out to be the poorest of the lot.
According to Sweden’s National Board for Consumer Complaints, every fifth complaint over mobiles is about moisture-related damages not covered by the phone’s guarantee. All the phones tested performed poorly in the moisture test, but worst of all was the Siemens M35, which was the first to fail in the light-drizzle test-environment.
The Nokia 8210 made it through 13 minutes before the keypad stopped working and Sony’s J5 had sound problems at about the same time. Ericsson’s T20 was impossible to operate after 20 minutes and at about the same time the Nokia 3330’s display went black, leaving Ericsson’s T39 the last phone standing and an improbable winner. Who would have thought?
Enjoy the article and the feeling of being a proud owner of an Ericsson/Sony Ericsson phone(whatever except for the winner in the Hall of shame thread).

ìm Fraid you cannot upgrade the memory. better, create some by deleting pics, themes or mms :-)

@*anyways... Is this a bug? I'm on R7A sw. When I download a ringtone, it says 'incoming file 879 KB' or '736 KB'. Isn't that too big?

@bonito are you sure? On mine it usually says something like incoming file size unknown, free memory so and so kilobytes. Maybe you're referring to the free memory?

is it true that SonyEricsson has ceased upgrading P800 to R2A due to some problem found in the SW? A friend of mine went to Herrera and this what was told.

you're charged for it. the only advantage of sending sms over gprs is it is sent to the SMSC faster. that's it. |

@Doc/Scythe: Unfortunately yes, I'm sure. I had 3 downloads from Arnold's page: 600+KB, 700+KB and 800+KB. But in the end, I still have so much free memory left. |
