My unbranded W950i has a feature to bookmark videos and it works great! As long as you use a program like M3 to create your videos, the video player shouldn't be crashing on you (i.e. M3 has a special feature that adapts the videos so that they will work properly with the video player on the UIQ3 phones without crashing them).
The only problem I'm having with the bookmark feature on my W950, is that when I use it to resume a video, the sound is always out of sync. If I start the video normaly, it's in perfect sync every time. Thus, it looks like SE has a problem with their player in this reguard. |

yes, bookmark is on the more menu of the video player and you get the option to
save position
replace position
delete position

Yes, it's just like masseur said.
If you don't have the bookmark feature, then I guess that's just one more reason to avoid branded W950's. Seems kind of silly for the service provider to go through all the trouble of removing such a useful feature though??? |

indeed. just leaves one speechless why sth like that is being left off the phone on purpose.
next phone will definitely be unbranded.

Is there any text file viewer for W950i? (I can't belive that SE did not even provide a built-in text file viewer!)
I have installed jText - I get the error "Not found" when I try to run the problem!!??
Any help much appreciated. |

1st question
Can you pair the 950i with more than one bluetooth device at the same time?
I'm thinking of getting a bluetooth FM Transmitter and also a bluetooth headset. Would i be able to use both of these simultaneously together?

I'm running Tom Tom on the phone as well. I've got the handset volume on max is there any way to increase the output volume?

today i got my phone out of my poket n now the jogdial will not move up or down. when i press it in it works and selects the option but when i scroll up or down nothing happens. any ideas how to fix this people? thankss |

i just realized the W950i is neither present here nor here, supplanted by the non-UMTS W958c.  is announcing UIQ phones soon, so here's hoping they have a W990 or something up their sleeve (I don't find the need for a camera in a  so see, I'm not exactly difficult to please) I'd like a better keypad and a sleeker, retro look like the K810

Crap update, no solution for this problem.
My Bluetooth is BLUELINK Audio-Mate Bluetooth Stereo Headset AWBSH1 and say is working WITH this devices:
Sony Ericsson: T68i/T610/T630/Z600/P800/P900/T610/Z600/S700/S700c/K750/V800/W800/S700i/P900 .

This headset is working fine in five differents sistems(my laptop, my pda, my dongle, my audio system and my pioneer car stereo) and NOT WORKING WITH MY W950I.
Only say in my Phone , The Bluetooth device is not authorized for this audio stream.
What the hell is this?
Sorry for my english, Spanish is my native language.
Actualization:
After update lastest firmware via SE, bluetooth is conecting only version 1.2 and NOT version 2.0 + ERD.
This SE W950I is a very nice piece of CRAP.
