@semicon people - last feb, i had my t68i checked in semicon RPP. they told me that my fone was irrepairable coz of the motherboard. good thing, my fone is still under warranty, and they will replace/swap it with a new one. the bad thing is, up to now, i have not received my fone nor hear anyone from semicon the status of my case.

@ed...If you want the blue backlights of the T68i on your T68m, I suggest you go to Smartnet. They are authorized to change T68m amber LEDs to T68i blue LEDs. But those are the only colors you can choose from. |

I talked to the frontliner as you said. Went there knowing that the only hope for my P800 was an upgrade and it would take 3 hours (alam ko 1 lang sa smartnet). Anyway, I call back in 4 hours and nothing had been done to my phone. the network connection to SE daw is faulty. I stay cool and tell them to keep the phone over night. I call this noon and they still cant get anything done. I dont want to pull out the unit because I dont want to put another service center in the picture (para isa lang ang humawak ng phone).
Please help them get their act together. I don't want to freak out or anything but this started as a battery replacement problem and I've been away from my phone for 3 days na. They should at least send it to another semicon themselves and have it back to me by the end of the day. I hope you can do something about this. The frontliners name is Debby |

Yup... basta it's the official T68m/i LEDs. Since an upgraded T68m->i is counted as an 'i', changing LEDs is just like changing it on a regular T68i. Basta puwede lang from amber-> bright amber -> blue. Any color that's present on the T68m or T68i, can be. That's what they told me anyway, cuz I was gonna change my LEDs to blue before I sold my T68m/i |

Ei, i just have to complain, how come it takes an hour to upgrade my software @the podium? I used to upgrade my r310 software and all it took was 10 mins tops! They even gave me an excuse that its lng because of reports... This is just too frustrating...

shadow - what phone was it? t68i or r310? ye right, upgrades usually takes less than 30mins, but it is also possible that the technician has other pending job orders or phones being upgraded in the computer before they do your phone. |
