Huh...??? Thought it would reach 10+ million... It would've reached, if they had released T,TX & V soon after the announcement... Hope atleast this quarter will be a great one to Sony... Anyways congrats Sony...

Very hard, the problem was with Qualcomm and TSMC, they had a S4 SoC shortage and because Sony doesn't have a priority for Qualcomm in 2012, they didn't get enough chips to have a quick TTL... specially some other big names already uses the same SoC, the S4 had a very big success, HTC, Nokia, Samsung, Sony, LG, etc...
in Middle East we just had the TX for only less than 10 days now...

Oh no. Sony sold lesser phones than IDC's estimation.
Btw Just played with the Xperia Z and it some how for me, didn't have the WOW factor. Maybe it's only me.
Anybody want photos just say.

I was expected better sale for the Mobile division but came out with a operation profit is not bad....
so....congratz Sony, hope they will perform even better this Quarter with the XZ
As for their relationship with Qualcomm, I believe Sony are at the same level with other manufacturers right now, so the next batch of Snapdragon CPU will be available in Sony devices as the same time as (or even Sooner than) the others

They've got some app called 'overheat control' running. Hopefully things will be cool enough if it manages to work well.

Not quite the right place to post those photos but none the less thanks a HEAP for taking them, it confirms that the Xperia Z has MirrorLink which makes me very, very happy. |

Could you post some screenshots of how some themes change the UI? As I've seen it affects just the Fonts' or on-screen switch buttons' colour, and is even more grayish than 2012's UI, where themes changed also the backrougd colour in menus and built-in applications.
Thanks |
