I want a small information from you.
I've decided to buy a Sony Ericsson phone. My budget is just under 10k. Now I'm confused b/w z550i and K750i. I'm giving highest priority to Camera and MP3 Sound quality(with FM). But I saw that z550i is cheaper than k750i and having almost same features.
Now my question is: How is the sound quality in z550i? Is it better than N70? What about Camera quality? Is the image quality is better than Nokia 6600??
and
Which phone is better in your opinion? Is there any other better phone in the same price range?

go for k750... it's a time tested phone... although somewhat outdated...

plz suggest me an alternate to using yahoo messenger?
becoz the actual messenger takes several seconds or some times fails to deliver messages!
i am unable to use meebo as it gives an error!
i've heard of yah elit...but i think it can only be used to enter chat rooms!

The sound quality of z550i and k750i are one the same and I must say its good. But the earplugs they provide is not as good as the walkman series ones but still far better than the nokia ones. K750i certainly has better camera(Best in that price range. nothing beats it.). So K750 wins.
And come on dude ...Where is 6600??? Its totally outdated with a crap camera and crap mono audio playback. Even the roadside ones sound better than that. lol.
The sound quality of n70 and z550 should be similar. Not much diff there.
I suggest u to go for k750i+ earphone socket adapter+creative zen series earplugs. |

k750i 2mp cam is one of d best ever. it has autofocus . only downside for k750 is its crappy joystick . . otherwise it has a good set of features. z550i is cheaper , supports m2 card, nice dpad instead of joystick. but the cam is only average . . 1.3 mp. and if you thinkin of EDGE, get my fone:)
W300i . . it costs 8.4k now . walkman brand, comes with 256 m2 card, EDGE, nice earphones, gr8 battery life and decent sound. downside is. . smaller display 128 x 160 , vga cam but quality is pretty decent.

for 10k u might get the w800i or the k750i its the best.. the cam and sound quality rocks.... but since u r willing to spend 10k y not put in a couple and go for the w810i... its the best in its class.....

How good is the camera boy.. coz with my w300i i am not at all satisfied. I am ok with the vga resolution but the quality isn't that good for a se fone. Even my old N3220 takes better pics.

I bought k750i yesterday. Yes its looks like a good phone. But I haven't explored it completely yet.
b/w how to update the firmware?
Another thing, I see a small rectangle like thing covered to the signal indicator. It doesn't appears till the 10 minutes from phone restart. I tried to change the theme(y current theme is Eternal). But it doesn't disappears. So how can I avoid it?
