...sky is over exposed but notice roof tops and trees in the distance appear sharper...
.... sky a bit over exposed, everything else much sharper. this is EM at work

I don't think, you will get sharper picture with EM, just in principle, but I found, my opinion is that in darker picture (lower EV and em or enm often makes lighter pics), you are loosing details in trees and etc and it looks like a bit blur...
Take it like comment to your pictures

This is a modded Sarmad 5.7
http://janek.extra.hu/test/camdriver0_nightEM.zip
macro = manual focus like in original 5.7
night mode = Enhanced mode !!!
normal quality = longer shutter (40)
fine qulaty = shorter shutter (3d) (replaced!!!)
No enhanced night mode and no original night mode.

All other parameter same with original Sarmad 5.7

There is no way to set it directly. But if you set manual shutter to high enough value automatics will set ISO 80.

testing SPU's complex scene theory. manual exposure 1/5000s, iso 80, filesize 585 kb

again testing SPU's complex scene theory but with higher exposure. manual exposure 1/1000s, iso 80, filesize 649 kb!

@cronos555
Very interesting last picture. Can you upload full size picture?
And what is "SPU's complex scene theory" Can you point page in this thread where it is described?

Guys,

I am interested in what is the real difference between old CID 36 Camera module and new CID 49 camera module.

CID 49 Cam. module has broken zoom (BTW, it's digital, so it sucks anyway ) and has sharpness reduced from 6 to 5. is there any difference.

@ Sarmad and all modders: is it possible to add a parameter for setting " Saturation Colors"

I like your mod because I can choose Spot ON or OFF, but strangly I shoot much sharper pictures with new Paparazy driver in landscape outside and daylight...

Hi guys! Hi SPU! My problem are somewhat gone... It's down to my Photographing skills .. Just wanna ask you can we adjust the focusing speed in night mode? I've noticed that when there's enough light.. the faster the focus.. Can you make it a little bit faster in night mode?

@ whatsucka
I saw you were interested in Spot Photometry. Look at this picture:

The pen is very sharp but the background is blurry.
Spot Photometry focuses small piece of picture and makes it very sharp but at the cost of making background or frontgroud blurry:

and this pic is made in complete darkness. Only LED is on, Macro on, quality = fine. no night mode.

@SPU

When I use ISO = 100 (i.e. 1.1) I almost always get very noisy pics. Could you please tell me why this is happening. I'm currently using your beta 4 drivers!
