The food that is consumed daily at noon in the Dominican Republic consists of white rice, stewed beans and stewed meat (of any kind but preferably chicken or beef). (called la Bandera of flag) This dish can be accompanied by Russian and green salad or banana, fried green or ripe.
The banana is consumed in the country in many ways, besides boiled. Two ways to prepare is like tostones (slices of fried bananas and mashed) and mangú, which is a mashed ripe banana or boiled green, usually with ham, cheese or eggs. This is especially consumed for dinner. There is a way to cook in syrup, this dish is called bananas by paila past.
Among the typical desserts of dominican republic favorites include:
* Beans with sweet cream of beans with milk, sugar and raisins were consumed more often at Easter.
* Mad cream made from corn, with cinnamon on top.
* Jala: sweet coconut lined with molasses, which is on the ball and fire in a cooker.
* Sweet sweet coconut milk.
* Fresh milk pasta, just as much filled with fruit such as orange, guava, cajuil etc.
* Sweet potato.
* Sweet cajuil.

There are some muslim countries that are very very open like Turkey, in which women wear jeans since the 70's, they write using the occidental writing style (not the garabato made by the arabian writing). Other open country is Lebanon, very cool and fine women there 
Algerie is cool also. Tunisia I've heard from Italian friends is also very open and night life is cool.
But I've heard pretty bad things from Maroc, Lybia and Egypt that the muslim religion is very strict there, sometimes woman are forced to use burkas to cover their faces, people are not allowed to drink no alcohol (even wine) and no to eat pork.
I know you have pretty cool cities such as casablanca and rabbat, also in the atlas mountain there are caves with human writings from thousand of years ago.

We dont eat pork and dont drink wine but if anybody would like to do that he is free to do what he want , there is no women who cover her face in morroco maybe in egypt or saoudit but in morroco never . Other thing morrocan people are very friendy and hospitable
