Yup. I can, there are apparently two kinds of flashing, the one which looses data, and the other which doesnt. Just tell them that you cannot bear to loose data and they will do it for you. Since my original cda did not have that noise, and the current version does, and flashing with loosing data changes cda, made me try upgrading my fw.
