C6903 white, and screen looks amazing, it's get clearer at a certain angle, but I personally don't care about that |

Anybody have a good site for phone wallpapers ?? And à spécial locking app for stuff like pictures, msgs? |

musa - never saw one specifically for phones, but you can check out wallpaperscraft.com and choose the correct resolution for the Z1. I use them for a lot of things. high quality and great selection.
for photos, i've used photovault which works very well. don't use anything for messages..

@Bonovox,
why don't you give your phone to Sony service center? I know how annoying it can be when that happens but give it a try.
To me Z1 is one of the best phones I have had. Reminds me of my days with w900i. I don't know how come your experiencing so many issues when I haven't experienced any of them. I have been using the phone alot with lots of high end games and I haven't experienced slowdowns or anything. It's the first xperia which I can say matches what HTC or Samsung have done. No more annoying home screen refreshes, No more delays to just open up the dialer, etc. I was really afraid to even recommend xperia to any one because of the crappy software, but I can finally recommend this one.
if you are planning to change then I suggest you to get nexus 5 and let us know ur impressions with that.

I think, one of the reasons someone having a problem (software problem) is due to the user themselves, perhaps from non-stock firmware and this is why I've never flashed my phone with non-stock firmware (I did with XArc and many phones before that and I faced problem most of the times). Me too as well. It's the most stable device I have ever used, had to soft reset it only once when live wallpaper ate 400mb of RAM and wouldn't release it. Before that I kept my device alive for 40 days straight and if it wasn't for S/W updates I would easily get to 100 days without resets.
I'm using only stock firmwares without any problems. All in all, I could easily recommend XZ to anyone.
Hopefully with 4.4 it'll get even better and will keep me satisfied till I find something worth my consideration. |
