I think, from what I read, that it will be transparent (or semi transparent) on 4.2.

It's not transparent on the standard 4.2.1. |

My original thought that they might unview the update version of PSM...
But since their PS event will be held before MWC (20th Feb) so.....
Apart from Huasan, Dogo and a couple of Mid-range and Low End Devices + Tablet Z....... They might announce new CPU partnership or.... their own CPU for mobile  |

I don't think sony will build it's own CPU, however they seem to have strong partnership with Qualcomm.
since they have use Qualcomm chips in Xperia Tablet Z, Leaving Tegra CPU behind.
BTW, We might see the Global version of Xperia Tablet Z in MWC 2013 .
