Driver 7.7 final moded has a mistake. Try to zoom a photo on your phone to 16x and the screen will be black. By the zoom 4x try mooving screen through picture - is very very slow. The driver 30.1 works good.
I have D750 changed to w800.

hmm, i have no crashes at all with the 7.7 edited driver by imsje, even if i mess up (change) all the settings, or when i switch to video mode and vise versa, or if i use the zoom function, everything still works perfect ..

and the auto focus isn't slow at all with my phone? it's just as fast as it should be, doesn't take a second before the green square shows ..

i have a K750i R1CA021, lot's of patches, 16MB free (phone) memory, and take photo's always with the same setting: night mode on, fine mode, and all the other things on auto, and sometimes i change the w/b to -2 or +2 depending on the light source from outside ..

so thnx again imsje for the great driver, defenitely a keeper this driver! and all the other great modders: aksd, e_erzan, andeo, gxg and so on, you all rocks, thnx for spending ur spare time to come with such nice drivers ..!

Let me present my latest idea, how to improve my test setup, how to present the influence of ambient light vs the LED/MXE-60 alone.

This far I have taken my samples in a room lighted by 60W light bulb, which would add something during the longish exposure time. These samples presented here had exposure time 1/5s - 1/10s with LED, and 1/15s with MXE-60 Xenon tube. Such a long exposure will capture some of the ambient light (here household lightbulb), but how much? New set of samples with the room light turned off was needed. Better late than never.

To get an idea how much of ambient light is capturet during the MXE-60 exposure, please take a look at the shadows on the right hand pairs of samples.

Using the genuine original cameradriver I shot this serie. Let it be as reminder: the rendering of colors greatly depends on ambient lightness level. This is a note to keep in mind all of you shooting samples with various camdriver versions.

I used the original camdriver simply it's the master reference we all should include in order to know how far we have come, so to say.

EDIT:

Forgot to mention, I will repeat this with other "Fluorescentish" camdriver versions... stay tuned.

@MarkQ
I like the way you test things... but could you tell, from your comparison pictures, which one do you prefer? Can you give us some recommendations, for example whether or not to use LED or fluorescent, etc?
