hey guys it seems the internet provider here (a bunch of no good b*****ds) are blocking torrent stuff (or so they claim) I can still download torrent albeit at a really low speed, is there any way to circumvent any kind of blocking for downloading torrent files ???

yeah move to canada 
which torrent program do you use (try utorrent)? try changing ports (not the default ones)
also check the 'enable encryption' box in utorrent. |
