@sanj so how's this mobile office different from the regular one? In the regular one u pay 15 per day right?
I'm still struggling with MMS on airtel. i'm able to send it now but its not getting delivered. I'm using the following settings:
msg server- http:100.1.201.171:10021/mmsc
proxy address- 100.1.201.172
port no.- 8799
APN- airtelmms.com
Does airtel allow internetwork sending and recieving of MMS?
Thanks! |

Hello to all fellow Indian Esato members. I'm from India too (Mumbai). I own a W710i which is my first SE phone after four Nokia's. Nice to see so many Indians here.

@san hi well keys are bit small but then again once you get used to them they are nice..for no eyes t9 xpts like me it took me few hours to get used to them.
My brother bought the k800 so this was the only logical choice for me to make and well it really rocks man..only phone that makes me a bit jealous is the w960

sorry i dont kno the mms settings. mobile office is full fledged gprs, you can browse all sites wap and www. you can also connect ur laptop via BT and browse on laptop. not sure what this rs15 per day one is. just ask airtel for mobile office.
@paul, thats good to know. ive been on the lookout for a new phone for about a year now, lol. cant make up my mind.
anyone got any idea on how the HTC touch is? i would like a pda phone which i can use one handed and the touch does that, but the processor seems slow

@san- ya dude never bothered about the htc for some reason well thats why i like the w960 cause its got a alpha keypad and not qwerty so one handed opp is possible. I personally never did like the m600 styled qwerty cause i love t9 too much

@sanj
Yes the cc guy said its 15 rs per day for mob office. What's this deal with the gprs thing u talkin abt? Is it there on the airtel site?
Ok now I'm able to send MMS msgs properly but I'm not able to receive any from hutch. Any airtel MMS users here? |

the gprs thing is MOBILE OFFICE, is there no monthly mobile office option?
for 15rs a day, do you have to call them to activate it every day? works out to rs450 per month.
what kind of speeds do you get???
