Am interested in buying 1 phone on ebay, the sellers says that the Nokia 6630 is 3G Locked and can be opened by any mobile technician in india... Is it possible?

A question about a nokia on an SE forum..... about Technicians in India in a UK thread..... about Ebay phone resellers.... I am sure anybody with a screwdriver can open up any phone they like..... perhaps you should clarify yourself a bit more about what it is that you want
