It's been like that for all firmwares. When the phone is turned on the sceen is a little darker and clearer. Then after a short time it's a little more blur and light (not as sharp). I notice it most using dark themes. I have three K750 and they all act the same.
The HISSING problem (on low volume in the ear speaker) is also there on all three sets running R1AA008 |

Just updated my W800i (R1AA008 now) and i have a problem .. if someone can confirm this .. tryed to send via bluetooth from the PC to the phone 3 java apps. After the first one was received the phone said : memory full . delete some files to continue. The phone memory is 33Mb free and the memory stick is 370Mb free. If i send the apps one by one that error doesn't show up. Can any of you guys confirm this ?
Thanks |

@godzilla1984 I think that is the problem with all fws. I also have this problem r1n035 and I had it with r1a044.... You just have to send aplications one by one or copy all apps at the same time to other folder and then install them.
Cheers!

Guys, I have a problem. I had it before an after FW upgrade. First I had R1A044, than I took my phone to service and they upgraded it to W800 R1N035. When I connect the phone with computer via cable, phone restarts after 10sec. This happend with R1A and I thought that FW upgrade will fix it, but it didn't. I think that it is something with my computer... What do you think? I have downloaded latest w800 USB cable drivers, but that also doesn't fix the problem....

@godzilla this has always been a problem. Way i see it is this:
File gets sent and held in temp memory you then need to define where to save the file. Meanwhile the BT connection is sending next file which then exceeds temp memory and hence gives memory full reading.
Solution: just send them one at a time.
Just upgraded to latest FW via SEUS update program....works like a charm. ON O2 UK |

i have the latest firmware and i am still able to browse my memorystick and phonememory with my bluetooth.
You are saying you only get acces to your phonememory with you BT.
Is your usb cable attached to your phone? If so remove it, because when your phone is connected to the usb cable. your phone doesn't recognize your MS anymore because win xp is "using" it. Look in the test service if your phone detects your card when your phone is connected to your pc.

Very true- Just checked, it's working. I'm most certain i had the usb cable connected to the phone the first time i used bluetooth to transfer files with the R1AA008 firmware. So it's probably just down to my mistake- thought i'd never be able to use bluetooth again!

My misstake - stupid post by me, and yes, it turned out it was "me" who didn't read as well as I should. But you must admit it: you bought your K750 may 23, not april

@CyberVisitor:
It must have been MAY as you mentioned that K750i was released in May, calculation error from my side.
Note: I like to admit my mistakes/errors whenever i make them and expect the same from others

Relax, we all get your point ... R1AA008 is good for everyone except you Your R1N035 was perfect and now your phone is totally screwed with R1AA008 and holds all the bugs from the R1N035 firmware even though you never had those problem ... eh?
UPDATE: I see you registered at Esato may 23 2005 - I'll bet it was the same day as you bought your K750 since that was the release date not april 2005 as you said

Remember i told you to respect others views, dnt bulldoze them like you are trying to do now fast learners dont repeat same mistake time and again. You are a senior member of this forum, therefore, would again request you to show maturity I hope you understand!
I have been a regular reader of ESATO since year 2000, i repeat READER, i was an active WRITER of CLUB-SIEMENS.COM during that period.
Way back in May this year, i decided to start writing few posts. I have myself used T68i, T610, T630 and K700i prior to using my current k750i.

@SE7
I have some doubts in you. Esato didn't exist year 2000. I'm one of the first member, so check the date I joined. Also, as I said earlier, the K750 came out late may so you couldn't have had one since april.
