this hapened to my k800 also. you'll have take it to SE center. they'll upload new fw.
it hapened, when i took the batery out, without turning the phone off first. so that gave me a leson. |

Hi Boyd,
I've got the same problem... I was browsing my videos and my K800i just went off. I tried it with another battery, charged it for a whole night, moved the battery slightly in the phone, etc etc.
But the only thing I see is alive, is the red I/R-light.
Can you please let me know if the SE-service center can fix this?
I will do the same

I have found another bug in R1JG001: If you set silent mode on the handsfree profile, you get the ringer signal in the earphones instead, and it works while playing the music player, or if the phone is unused (Don't know why you should walk around with the earphones in your ears then though  ). However, in radio mode, the radio is sillenced, but the ringer signal is not heard. Can anyone with a newer firmware version inform me about wether this bug still remains? |

after I shut down the k800i, I figure I can't have it back on. The screen is white, and it hangs, the only way to turn off is to remove the battery. Can any1 pls help me? thanks so much. |

hi guys! can someone help me with this?
i got a 2gb sandisk m2. so i transferred everything from mg 512mb m2 to the new one.
problem is, my games and applications are not working. when i try to open the applications, and games folder, it says OPERATION FAILED.
what do i need to do? thanks guys |

Make sure you do not have multiple numbers for the same name. The phone gets confused as to which name to show. Make sure your contacts and numbers are correct.

Hi thanks for replying. There is only one copy of the numbers in the mobile, i tried updating it but still its the same... i get no names attached to the number i am dialing or receiving a call from even though the number and name is saved in the phone memory. |
