@vwbeetle, use ur joystick press right * left left * left * then press 1 for service info again press 1 for SW Information, now you can verify the latest firmware installed into ur phone.

@bonito99, R310 does not have t9 once its upgrade to the latest firmware and nothing will change from d upgrade.

thanks to Smartnet for a quick fix + upgrade a while ago.
my volume key popped out when my t68 dislodged itself from the belt clip and fell face flat on the floor... woohoo. |

Hi GM: what's your insight on the T20 model? Dlreyes says that it has a very good battery life and recommends the unit. Any shortcomings, aside from lack of T9? thanks for the inputs
