One thing I'm curious about; does this phone have that illusive "Sleep mode clock" option?
I assume no, since not many/none of SE's newer phones have it anymore.
Still, this phone has piqued my interest. And, after a failed attempt to replace my beloved k810i with a total lemon of a c902, I'm liking this phone a lot. |

Got my C901 yesterday and Ive noticed a bug already. Launch the camera then zoom it to full. Then cover the cam area with your hand then you'll going to see WHITE DOTS/SPOTS. Have anyone of you guys noticed the same thing?
Feedbacks please. |

Man! Just after updating the firmware of my C901, the blue light around the cam lens doesn't lights up anymore. Bummer! |

Why should you even do that Digital zoom is just like zooming on the full pic afterwards. Totally pointless
But no, i dont have any white spots. But even if you have it doesent matter. I guess the processing of the zoom could give you some strange artefacts during the process when you cover the lens. Nothing to care about.
Regarding blue light, take the battery out and restart it to see if it helps. |

some replies from other forums said that screen brightness need to be adjusted to 70%+ in order for the camera blue light to lights up..

Hey can somebody post some video from c901 in max quality? I wonder what sound rate and how many channels... (c902 and c905 have 2) |

I'm really hesitating between the C901 and the C902. Which one takes the best photos in your opinion ?
By the way I would prefer the C901 in black instead of white... But since I've seen a lot of metal housing on ebay for the C902, I'm thinking that maybe I would be able to buy a black C901 cover housing in a few months ? Are those items cheap china parts or can we usually find original sony ericsson parts ?
Thanks
wuz-dis : The video recording is still the worst aspect of all SE phones, I think if you really want good video recording capabilities you should look elsewhere.

c901 has a WAY BETTER camera that c902.
I know se videoquality, qvga-30fps. The quetion is how many sound channels there are. Surround sound dramatically increases the ambience of the video clip.... c902, c905 has TWO channels.....i'm affraid c901 has NO PLACE to put second microphone... |
