Apparently, Tekken 6 is to go to XBox! Why are Sony letting their top titles like Final Fantasy and Tekken go to MS? They should give Sony Gears Of War and Halo in that case. |

I don't think Sony has any say in the matter.
Companies like Namco will want the big money that Microsoft offers, so they'll go with it. All Sony can do is offer some Xbox developers big money and try and turn the tables.

New firmware update now available. . Included in 2.50 is :
Screenshot capture (game implemented in future)
Flash 9 for browser
Divx drm authorization
Ability to have the ps3 turn itself off after downloads/installs.
Code box for psn cards is now in the xmb, and the psn store too.
There are other things, but i cant remember them all lol. Anyways, its a damn good update. . |

Yeah I just downloaded the new PS3 and PSP firmwares. I must say the new firmware is very cool too! Though I guess that's off topic.
I haven't had a look at the PS3 firmware cause I downloaded it and set it to turn off afterwards and then went out to see the movie 'Body of Lies'. So I'll check what the new firmware is like some other time!

i have downloaded the new firmware and havnt really tested it yet, but i do like the feature where it tells you when your friends were last online (one of my friends hasnt been on for 75 or so days, can anyone beat that? ).
i have yet to download the new f/w for my psp, but probably wont get around to it for another week

Yeah I'll accept it soon.  I'm right in the middle of getting my design completed for the year which is due tomorrow. So its a massive task that's taking almost all my time at the moment. I'm only on Esato cause I'm waiting for stuff to print!
But yeah, I'll definitely accept it and I'll be online (hopefully maybe playing FIFA 09?!) tomorrow night my time which is Friday morning/early afternoon your time.
