what annoys me most about wifi is that many more people seem to be protected, especially by BT @ home and also others by default

its getting harder and harder to connect to free wifi these days!

well.. thats been a question here since pre days of esato picture upload but if people go wifi and don't educate themselves, or are not educated by their providers, about using wep, wpa etc then IMHO they only have themselves toi blame

but as my experience from travel wide and far shows, people are getting wiser, or in the case of some providers like BT who provide protected wifi protected by default now, its just getting harder and harder to get free wifi access

but...at the same time... paid for access is getting cheaper so I have no real complaints

@Masseur,

I think people may have now grasped the idea of just how dangerous leaving there WiFi open is as if some one does something bad you will get the blame and have a very hard time trying to prove it wasn't you.

@smilerthe cheshirecat
That suggests to me perhaps you may of been going a little to fast then. LOL.

Again i must say i really am quite amazed and surprised at just how popular the N95 has become and the way that most seem to be getting on with S60. It does seem like many of you are very impressed and for such a big launch there doesn't seem to of been too many problems.

anybody know if t-mobile gives you 2 years free cause i just input my wlan code like someone suggested and now i have voice directions and i didnt pay(at least i dont think i did)

How did you manage to get the voice activation for the GPS ?

Every time I enter the wlan code from my box it says that the code is invalid

@boba...

i use the VOIP on my E61 (which is same as the N95's one) and i got to say it works fawlessly!!!

I use my voipstunt.com account which gives me 300 mins of calls to landlines around the world for free and mobile calls very cheap indeed!!!

was a bugger to setup though!!! a lo of searching to find the correct settings for a Nokia phone lol... but now its working again i must say its ace as hell!!! All over wifi or 3G!

strange, but I am starting to feel the way in that commercial. I really do like this N95. I am in Frankfurt and Wiesbaden today and its done everything for me. got me to a couple of tourist attractions I wanted via GPS, got me to a parking in town, found my favourite lane where there are some great restaurants, checked my email, watched esato a couple of times etc etc

I laughed when Nokia described the N95 as what laptops have become but I really am doing so much with this thing

@boba - I am more KEEN in seeing camera-taken-shots more than anything else (fone-features), specially this is a very FIRST at the moment - 5 MP camfone. But I am really dismayed when someone here compared this 5 MP - N95 to that of 's - 3.2 MP - K800 Just how can you compare a 5 to a 3.2 MP camfone . . . at the end, saying that the K800 captures better images than that of the N95 !

Thanks for the LINK though - GPS ! [addsig]

Hi all,

Just found out possibly a very good reason to debrand your phone if it came from Orange or Vodafone as apparently these two networks have removed the VOIP facilities from your devices. As that bloke from the Shamen used to sing Naughty Naughty.
