I used photodj to edit the photos. The Auto Level function. Why cant I take a normal picture without having to use the photo edit thing? Is it normal for this phone to take pictures like this?
@plankgatan I saw the pictures you have taken with your k810i and they are nothing like mine. They are way better.Your photos dont seem to have the over exposer problem.Do you use any kind of editing software? Can you give me some tips how to take good pictures?

You can change the white balance by hitting the joystick left or right when in camera mode.
That may help.
But yes, I've noticed that my pictures are also over-exposed when using the auto function. Nothing that a little Photoshop (or PhotoDJ) can fix, so I'm not too worried. |

like plankgatan said.
do not just use auto mode, use portrait, twilight portrait, landscape, twilight landscape etc etc whenever possible dont just rely on auto mode.
take note of the light on your subject, over exposure usually happens when too much light is in front of your camera... try lowering white balance if not make sure that the light is behind you or your camera...
this is one of the best if not the best camphone in the market... play with it, it has tons of features for image capture... GET TO KNOW YOUR CAMERA! what it can do and cannot do. this way you will know how to use the full capacity of the gadget.
ciao!

Does anyone else get really annoyed with the way the spaces in between the keys get fingerprints all over them, and how difficult it is to get them off? |

Well since I'm gonna buy the k850i the first day it comes out I'm not so worried about the "white photo" problem any more.Just one more question.Bought the phone,k810i,from Australia. It's unlocked but has the software of Optus network in it.Is there a way to get rid of this software.Like deleting the firmware and installing it again.I installed the firmware again with xs++ but it didn't do any good. |

Anyone else having an issue with the top set of keys on the keypad, I have both the back key and the c key are loose, and seem as if they are coming away from the membrain underneath. Seem to remember seeing something about this a while ago, but can not find the thread with the problem in. Checked my mates one out, and his seem fine, so would like to know if any others are similar or not.

Well at first, my Back key was a little loose and squeaky, but it's OK now. |

Hm.. nice, but I still like noble blue the best!
BTW who agrees with me that there should be a shortcut key for the white balance (auto, daylight, cloudy, incadescent, fluororescent). I mean, I change these much more often than the megapixels... |
