buddies there,it would be very nice of you to help me with my problem...what's wrong with my mic??sound is not recorded,nor in sound recorder niether when recording videos,they are mute,the mic doesn't record even in Service Microphone Test....the weird thing is that everything is ok when recording during calls....i don't know what's wrong with the mic,makes me nerv

If I Use Wotan server, It will upgrade the EROM Automatically as also the firmware?
Because I had serched in Wotan server website but I haven't found any information about the upgrade of the EROM and also in the client I have no option to update the EROM...
Can anybody explain me that?

No you have to manually update EROM version. Check this thread, it contains everything you need to know on how to update EROM. This method also works to fix dead phone that is a problem with R3A011 EROM.

Hi! I need your help.
I have a K800i nobrand Europe_5. Last night I tried to update the firmware via SEUS from version R1JG001 to R1KG001. During the normal uploading of the new firmware in my phone the process was blocked at 95%. I re-tried and had the same thing. I re-installed SEUS and, again, the same problem.
Now I put off and reinstalled the battery and the phone turned on successfully. The firmware is the new one (R1KG001) even if the updating process didn't end... Every functions seem to be ok... BUT now in the configuration menu of my phone there is only the English language. Previously there where five langages, in which there was also ITALIAN, my language. How can I solve this problem? How can I have the Italian language on my phone whit this latest firmware?

How do you know it is blocked at 95%. How long have you waited before you concluded it is stopped at 95%. When I flash APAC R1KG also stoped at 99% for few minutes. I simply let it finished and it eventually reached 100% after about 5minutes. Sometime you just need to be patient.
If you are sure it is always stop at 95% complete reflash using wotan will fix it for 7euro. Or a visit to SE authorised service centre for free if you still got waranty. |

I waited all the time and then SEUS showed a screen saying update fault please retry... So I am sure... How I can do the complete reflash whit Wotan? Is there Italian language for the last firmware? If I try the erom update method only by Mechanic it will be fixed? All these methods delete my personal data on my phone? |

Go to http://www.wotanserver.com. Please read the manual first. I don't think EROM has something to do with it but who knows. You can try especially if you are still with R3A011 EROM.
But I think it is incomplete flash and the required language is not installed in your phone after the update.
Edit: SEUS is part update so it may not solved some problem. Wotan/Kulan/Davinci ont the other hand is complete reflash. However ALL of your data will be LOST so back up first!

It looks fine to me. I just saw that you are still with R3A011 EROM and you definately should update it to R3A016 to avoid problem in the future.
You may try update your EROM first and try SEUS again. If still fail then you may want to buy wotan account for 7euro. |
