yes, each episode should be around 1 Gb. Just search for "heroes 720p".

blu, the one i watch has the HD symbol in it, but the screen is the slightly larger than the smaller one in the picture... may be its a rip of the larger version?

yes, the 350 Mb ones are just down converted from the 720p version. The sd version which i have is LOL, yours could be another group's?
