parkman saves molly from the bogeyman, in the episode which debuted parkman, where he discovered his abilities and was subsiquently recruitted for the FBI.

@thug that's the image from monday's episode, toward the end. Sylar killed molly's parents in the first episode.
Looks like Mr. Sulu is really Kensei.
