BTW...just like XP, V!$t@ doesn't let U bridge 2 or a dail-up with a B'band, but I think I managed  without ne 3rd party software

Welcome to SEIR Zwang. Unfortunately, I don't think anyone here has faced your problem. You might want to try the main forum. BTW, the service charge is usually Rs. 500.

well, if it's not of your doing and you are under warranty, yes they should do it for free.
