Found a delightful,nostalgic hands-not-so-free earpiece for grannies,developed by Motorola,called the OAP H-EAR1:

@ BlueQuill,
Please tell Aishwarya Rai that I send my regards.
By the way, it was really great to see India's batting legend and icon,Sachin Tendulkar, make such an emphatic return to international cricket, during India's 152 run win over Sri Lanka in Nagpur.

Finally decided on getting the P910i after pontificating...hopefully the P910 will offer me more mobility out of the office. Was thinking of getting a 6680 but right now that's going to cost me an arm and a leg.

@ brix,
Is there that much of a price difference between the two handsets?

If you can get one for R2300 please let me know, because from what I]ve seen you can't pick up a 6680 for less than R3000 and it'll probably be a fire sale due to some fault with the phone.

P910i is going for R2500...I should mention that I'm trading in my K700i and which means that I'll just pay R1500 for the P910

If that's the trade-in you can get grab it with both hands, bro. Although if you held out until Xmas you're bound to get it even cheaper. Heard a wild rumour today that MTN was planning another price slash. Doubt it though, haven't heard it anywhere else except from that 1 unreliable source.

@the krypsta: I'm not waiting on the networks to drop their prices, they usually only do this for low-end models. After using a K700 there's no way I'm going back to a phone that offers me less.

@jiteshraj: In Cape Town bro, 2nd hand though...for a brand new P910i you'll pay around R4000. Also my K700 is in pretty good nick apart from some faint scratches on the body.

@ BlueQuill,
Yep,I enjoy watching international cricket when I've got time to,which is not all that often, unfortunately. However,I haven't got the time of day for any domestic cricket viewing.
Pathan is developing into an awesome all-rounder.Looks like his bowling prowess is being well-complemented by his increasingly proficient batting.
Rahul Dravid's explosive batting certainly earned him man-of-the-match.
Let's see what transpires with the England tour...

Anyway, off to the movies now. 'Orange' Wednesday. (UK network promotion,2 tickets for the price of 1.)
See y'all later.

Greetings,BlueQuill.
Yeah, a lot of work commitments does retard posting frequently during office hours,so I try and utilise any break or opportunity to see what's going down.
What phone do you use?
How is SE's popularity in India, compared to Nokia? How many networks are there?
