T616 (aka T610) gets my #1 vote. Compact, rock-solid build and reliablity, great styling and usability, amazing features for the price. And most importantly of all: it just plain worked whenever you needed it to.
My #2 vote goes to my W810, only becuase I've only had 3  phones, and it's better than my last-place phone, which is...
S710a. This my 2nd least-favorite of all time; only my Moto V551 was worse 
- obtuse design - no reason for a modern phone to be so damned huge
- plain aesthetics + cheap feel
- stupid form factor - turned me off of swivels forever
- the most unstable
 ever
- camera that became unusable in anything less than broad daylight
- slow-as-death UI
