me too about battery.. it has not survived more than 36 hours which it used to after 'normal' use.
Need to check over the week when the actual daily routine will start.

mine is O2 branded too and have got no issues with standby.

hi people,

I got a weird thing that happened ever since I upgraded the firmware. Everything seems to be fine except for the photos.

For some reason I can't seem to edit any of my photos taken vertically using my camera. I tried the old photos as well and it freezes up the entire OS once I try to edit it under media. It only applies to photos taken vertically using the camera. It works fine if the photo is captured horizontally ( able to edit it ).

Is anybody else having this issue ? This only happened ever since I upgraded the firmware.

Thanks

↲yeah im having the same problem except cant edit any photos.

Can someone explain to me how Sony Ericsson release these updates ?

Some people are saying their country is ready for the update and some people are going by the operator. Is there different times for when the update is available in different countries and/or operator?

I have a Vodafone Ireland branded Satio and am currently in Belgium.

I get this error

Cannot identify product. Please disconnect and try again

Will I just have to wait or is there a problem ?

I updated the other day, and everything seems to work fine except for one major thing. The vibrator signal when getting a sms. When someones is calling me its totally ok, but when getting a sms the Satio doesnt vibrate when on silent profile. This is highly irritating. According to the profile the vibration is "on".

Anyone knows a solution to this?

Just updating my phone now T-mobile Uk. Should be fun, although i've not had any problems really with mine other than contact numbers showing up in text messages instead of names, all my standby themes seem to work and camera is fine.

Nope.
The battery deplated after 52 hours! It's better but far away from what SE said on their home page.
Edge only, 50% brightness, two calls maded, phone just layed on the shelf.
Maybe with another FW things will be better and better.

Strange. My Satio vibrates when getting a SMS with the silent profile.

Well after my update it does seem a bit faster, I haven't had any major problems with it though so cannot really tell. The only niggle i've had with the phone is that when i receive a text the sender's number is displayed with the prefix +44 or whatever rather than the name. This is the one thing I hoped they'd fix.

They didn't. And in my opinion camdriver needs big modifications. Pictures not look good at all.
